How are students caught abusing and selling STEROIDS and what are the consequences to this?

students are caught abusings steroids, because people can see that a body doesn't look like it is natural. After using steroids, people's body will become bulky and their voices will change.
Some students who sell steroids get caught because the rumors through students may reach to the teachers and the teachers may find out. Moreover, sometime teachers may find out because they see the students selling steroids in the breaks, during lunch time and lastly after school.
